Shipping

Normal shipping times are 3-5 days after the order has been placed. You will receive the tracking number for your order in advance.

Cerakote orders usually run 10-14 days.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation from us in 5 days (non-Cerakote) or 14 days (Cerakote), please email us. If there is a shipping issue, we only have 60 days to file a claim. If you contact us after 60 days, we can not guarantee product replacement or refund. 

 

Refund Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please inspect the product upon delivery. The product must be return in an unaltered and unused state. Orders that have no defects are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers our time and credit card fees associated with the original sale. To avoid returns, please measure for what you need and email us to ask questions before purchasing. We can usually guide you in the right direction, being upfront and honest about our product versus your needs.

Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your order if we have not shipped the product. You will be charged 6% of the total invoice amount to cover credit card fees. If you simply changed your mind about the product after shipping, we will issue a refund you the invoice total minus shipping and a 6% fee to cover credit card fees upon the return of the product. Again, the product must be in an unaltered and unused state.
